Drawing inspiration from an ancient Kurdish ceremony honoring the deity Ana, this project explores the spiritual bond between humanity and water. We delve into civilizations founded on the grace of water goddesses like Tiamat, creator of the cosmos, and Oshun, the bringer of tranquility. These deities protected vital life sources that remain revered today, including the Euphrates, the Oshun River, and the hidden cenotes of the Yucatan. This initiative celebrates the enduring sanctity of our planet's primary element through a lens of artistic preservation and cultural memory.
